Villa Florian & Villa Maïlys: These two rentals come from the separation of a century-old villa, Villa Alger, by the Donis family. Acquired in 1967 by Louis and Louise, this typical house in the Bassin d'Arcachon has always been devoted to seasonal rentals.

It is therefore for more than 50 years that the Donis family has been offering its villas to travelers coming to discover or rediscover the magnificent Bassin d'Arcachon.

Major renovations were carried out in 2015 in order to perfectly isolate Villa Alger and thus make the Florian and Mailys villas completely independent.

Located in the center of Taussat, you will enjoy the proximity of the beach (200m) and various shops (100m).

Indeed, these holiday homes near the beach are the perfect places for family holidays, quiet and close to all amenities.

Small sheds are present in each rental to store bicycles. The bike path around the Bassin d'Arcachon is a few hundred meters from the houses.

Villa Petit-Père: Also acquired by Louis and Louise many years ago, this house was intended for year-round rental. But following the departure of the last tenants, we have decided to transform this house into a seasonal rental from May 2022.

Located in a very quiet area of Taussat and 400m from the Bassin d'Arcachon beach, this house is the ideal place for stays with family or friends.

Little bonus, the Villa Petit-Père adapts to your desires!An outbuilding will be transformed according to your choice among several possibilities (games room, gym, additional bedroom, etc.)
